That Was Fast!

Well, our contract went to the seller yesterday and we expect to hear back today. Last night we got a call from Angie, telling us that the builder went ahead and broke ground yesterday! (Ordinarily they would wait for the contract to be signed, an appraisal to be done and a full loan approval to be in hand.) I guess they're eager to get a jump on things. : ) I'm hoping to get out this evening to take some pictures. It's amazing how interesting a hole in the ground can be when it will soon be your basement!
